Need to order a cake? Keeping in mind that more complex designs require more time and preparation, placing your order as soon as possible is the best way to ensure your date is reserved on our calendar! Either complex or simple…sometimes it is hard to determine how long your project will take until we gather all the details from you. To be on the safe side, we like a few weeks notice for any cake however we have done custom orders within a 24 hour notice so don’t let the short time window deter you… it truly depends on what we currently have on the calendar and the size of your order. As soon as you know you are read to order a cake from DeClare Cakes, ensure your spot by submitting your 50% deposit.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your order; the remainder balance is due 30 days prior to your event.
Please note: When you order a cake, your order is not confirmed until we have received your signed contract and 50% non-refundable deposit. Submission of monetary funds acts as a signature of a binding contract. Cake orders placed with two weeks or less notice require payment in full by cash or check at the time of ordering.Payment can be made by cash, check, or by using our online e-check payment system. If you cancel your order, your balance payment is refundable provided we are notified at least ten (10) calendar days prior to the event. There is no payment refund on orders canceled within ten (10) calendar days of the event.Event dates are held for you through the date of your appointment or quote, and 10 (10) calendar days afterwards. If we do not receive a signed contract and 50% deposit within 10 (10) calendar days of your appointment or quote, your date may become unavailable.

Consultations are a great opportunity to meet Chef Deb, evaluate cake flavors, and finalize designs. Chef Deb will walk you through the process of selecting the perfect cake for you and your event!
